So! Wenn du nicht zum John Mayer Konzert in München gehst bist du SOWAS von doof! Jawollja! Hast gestern hier in Berlin eins der geilsten Konzerte überhaupt verpaßt! ca. 1000 Leute (vielleicht auch mehr) alle in super Stimmung und der Gitarrengott lieferte ein SOlo nach dem anderen ab. Und dazu alt bekanntes, und neue Songs und zwischendrin, während den Songs fing er auch noch an kurz mal eben ein paar Covers reinzuschieben. So klasse!
Insbesondere als er anfing "girls just wanna have fun" mitten während 83 bringen, ich hab so gelacht.
oder als das Solo bei your body is a wonderland auf einmal verdächtig vertraut klang..und der ganz Saal lautsang "let me blow your mind" von Eve mitzusingen.

It’s snowing herre. We had a good day off-the-hook, highlighted by The Royal Tenenbaums and a search for Chas-style tracksuits. We split up into three groups for dinner, and all three decided to jump into the double-language barrier: Italians, Japanese, or Indians who only spoke German and their native tongue. I choose differential equations over deciphering any of those menus. dela chose sitting by a chain smoker who only paused from her cigarette to take a bite of pasta every now and then. John chose… wisely.

The Unstoppable Chad brought back J5 for the set change music tonight at Columbia Fritz (coincidentally, the name of the house’s evening drink special). It was no German techno, but I think it got the people moving a bit, just in time for:

City Love had a great, long intro – some really impressive stuff by John, augmented by some Chaves Keys (Alicia’s brother). The intro to Back To You contained a verse with the lines “you’ve got my only heart…” Then, our old friend Not Myself made it back into the set - my first favorite song. If you don’t recognize any of the songs in the setlist above, maybe its cause you’re not supposed to… yet. Daughters was played on electric. Chaves and Chopek both had great solos in Neon, changed up a little bit from their usual moods.

Ja gerne Meph, aber ich habe nie gesagt das der schlechte Songs schreibt, ich hab Dich nur zitiert. Z.B Claptons "wonderful tonight" ist auch eines der schönsten Liebeslieder von Welt und dieser Song von Deinem Gitarren Gott geht ja in die selbe Richtung. Wenn Du den Clapton Song übersetzt hört der sich wohl ähnlich komisch an...Also das war nicht wirklich als Kritik gemeint, ich kenn den ja gar nich so gut den Kollegen. Und besser als Clapton singen kann er schon mal, aber das ist wohl auch nich so schwer;)
