huhu Enghi und alle anderen, die so bewandert mit PC und Internet

Ich krieg hier immer so total bekloppte Dinger auf den Schirm ge"poppt", nennt sich oben im Fenstertext "Nachrichtendienst" (was es natürlich nicht ist) und die Message ist immer sowas wie::

"Hallo, willst du ein rasiertes Girl treffen blabla.."
oder
"Willst du meinen Schw**** lecken.. ehm etc.."

naja solche perversen Dinge halt.

Ich hab sowohl Spybot installiert + geupdatet udn mehrmals laufen lassen, auch Antivir hat jetzt schon den zweiten Durchgang gemacht, aber diese Teile kommen immer noch (nach Restart) alle paar Minuten auf den Schirm!

Zu Hilfe, wie kann ich das beheben??

*lach* ein spitzen thread... kann der xpantispy das nich auch mittlerweile, dass er den nachrichtendienst abstellt? nur mal so am rande angemerkt ...

Ich hab schon wieder ein Problem

Der Rechner ist übervoll mit Viren und Trojanern. Egal wie oft wir nen Virenscan machen, es kommen immer stetig neue dazu, bei jedem Gang online.
Zonealarm firewall wurde schon mal runtergeladen aber es lässt sich nicht installieren, weil ein Programm namens "Pc-cillin" noch auf dem Rechner ist. Dieses wiederum lässt sich allerdings nicht deinstallieren, weil es ständig eine Fehlermeldung gibt.
Antivir und Stinger sowie Spybot finden stündlich neue Bazillen und es wird nicht besser.

Zudem schwindet im Laufwerk C ominöserweise ständig Speicherplatz. Auf C läuft nur das Betriebssystem sowie einige wenige Programme, sonst nichts. Alles, was nicht da sein muss, wurde schon deinstalliert/entfernt.
Irgendwann sagte C mal was von 199 oder mehr freiem Speicher, dann wurden es plötzlich während des online-seins wieder weniger, plus ständigen Ermahnungen der Speicherplatz sei unter dem kritischen Minimum.

Mittlerweile gibt es drei Archivdateien, die laut Virenscannern Viren enthalten aber diese nicht gelöscht werden können..

Versuche, das Laufwerk C zu formatieren, schlagen fehl weil dann eine Meldung kommt, das Laufwerk könne nicht formatiert werden, bevor irgendeine verwendete Anwendung nicht beendet ist (Es läuft keine Anwendung von C)

Neuerdings "poppt" auch ein komisches Fenster auf mit namen "debug.txt" in dem komische Sachen stehen..

Kann das sein, dass der Rechner online von irgendwelchen Hackern attackiert und Speicher weggenommen bekommt oder so?
Ich mein, ich kenn mich ja null aus, aber das ist schon seltsam, dass man ewig das Laufwerk C aufräumt und tausende Dinge deinstalliert und Platz schafft und dann der vorhandene Speicher wieder rapide abnimmt und man wieder kritische Meldungen bekommt..

Zu diesem debug Fenster öffnet sich außerdem beim Starten des Rechners selbstständig (!) der Ordner "Eigene Dateien".

Hat irgendjemand eine Ahnung was hier vor sich geht bzw wie das behoben werden kann?? Programme? Format - (-> aber wie??)

Wie kann das sein, dass hier nix mehr geht und alles verwurmt ist, immer und immer wieder??

Nicht dass ich dir da jetzt helfen könnte, ich frag nur weil mein vadder ein kleines computergeschäft hat und gestern hat ne frau ihrem laptop abgeholt, nach 1 stunde wieder zurückgebracht und hat mir genau das gleiche erzählt. (Ausserdem wollte sie dass ICH mir das doch nochmal anschauen möge. Die hat wohl nich ganz kapiert dass ich nur die Tochter bin und meine Eltern sind im Urlaub)
Das einzige was ich weiß ist dass der Laptop auf jeden fall total verseucht war (mein Vadder meinte er hätte sowas noch nie gesehen)
Er hat eben auch tausend Scans gemacht und dachte der laptop wäre wieder in ordung...

@ Leeni: Das sieht ja echt übel aus!

Erstmal: Format c: >> versuchst Du das unter Windows? Das geht nämlich nicht. Ist ganz klar, dass Windows sich beklagt, dass noch Anwendungen laufen. Weil Windows ist dann die Anwendung.

Also formatieren entweder mit Startdiskette im DOS-Modus oder mit der Windows CD und dann die Partition (also c) formatieren.

Der debug.txt sieht danach aus, als würde es ein IRC Trojaner sein.
Und wenn Du sagst, dass AntiVir, SpyBot & Co. ständig was finden, kann ich nur das plattmachen empfehlen!

Hast Du eigene Dateien, Dokumente und MP3s irgendwo gesichert? Wenn ja, wie gesagt per Startdiskette oder besser halt mir 'ner Windows XP CD booten und im setup c: formatieren lassen.

Nach der Neuinstallation als allererstes ein Antiviren Programm rauf und per Internet updaten!!

Wenn Dir das alles zuviel wird kann ich Dir da auch behilflich sein, wenn Du möchtest. Habs ja nicht weit. Würde dann allerdings erst ab nächste Woche gehen.
