www.venusinflames.com: Breaking news: Venus In Flames has a whole new line-up!!! From now on the band consists of Jan De Campenaere (vocals, guitars, piano), David Du Pré (guitars), Filip Ros (bass) and Dries Van Schoor (drums). You might now David and Filip from the band Arid. The reason for this major change? Simply because the former bandmembers all had different other obligations that were/will not always be compatible with VIF. Gert Bettens starts his own band and releases his first solo-album in september together with Koen Lieckens on drums. Jan Van Sichem and Bart Delacourt have a heavy schedule playing in Monza. We're still the best of friends, no doubt about that! But it was in the best interest of all parties to part ways and focus on one band only. So I wish them the best of luck with their new bands, and people, go check them out, will ya?! In the meantime we're working hard on the pre-production of the new VIF-album. We'll be working like crazy all summer long, and hopefully if all goes to plan, we'll be in the studio early fall! We're pretty excited working on a whole ton of new songs, so get ready for that next album! We'll keep you posted! See ya soon! Jxn. |

ja ja, und auch bei venusinflames.de gibts das auf deutsch in kurzform nachzulesen...fotos von den konzerten sind auch endlich alle online...zuletzt das konzert von karlsruhe...mit dem *dancin' old man in front of the stage* |

dir nix anderes eingefallen zu diesem fred, oder? der VIF-Jan macht doch auch noch 2 oder 3 Konzerte in diesem Jahr.... musste in dem chert-solo-fred ma gucken
