Ohne großes Tamtam hat Sarah mal wieder ein Nebenprojekt gestartet und für eine CD namens "Te Gek" einen Song beigesteuert, der "Sammie" heißt.
Der Song kam kürzlich auf StuBru und kann HIER angehört werden. (auf ca 42min und 18sek vorspulen und los gehts )

Das sieht doch mal wesentlich besser aus, als der Vorgänger...ansonsten is alles beim gleichen geblieben

In der Tat, VIEL besser. Das alte Intro-Foto ist allerdings noch das momentane Standard-Foto in der Pressemappe und
auch für die Verwendung in der Presse find ich das mehr als suboptimal in seiner "Ich sitz da mal ganz locker auf dem Sofa,
weiß nicht so recht, ob ich lachen oder ernst schauen soll, und meine rechte Hand liegt auch irgendwie komisch auf den Beinen
und meine Bluse flimmert schlimmer als mein Fernseher und wie die zerrissene Hose dazu passt, ist mir auch ein Rätsel, aber ich
will ja irgendwie auch noch jugendlich wirken"-Art.

Aber ich glaube, wir haben alle schon definitiv schlimmere Promofotos gesehen und, wie wir ja wissen, ist Sarah was das Styling angeht bekanntlich
beratungsresistent...

boah christian! stell dir sarah doch mal mit lidschatten und eyeline vor!!!
da bin ich ganz froh, dass sie beratungsresisten ist

The new show airs on The CW, which is owned by CBS. “The Soldier Song” will be featured in episode 019, which is scheduled to air Tuesday, April 14 at 9pm (8pm CT). “The Soldier Song” will be listed on the 90210 website. In der Tat, und dann auch nur "one of the hit songs", da scheints ja vor Hitsingles nur zu wimmeln auf dem Album

I think winter might be over and I for one couldn’t be more excited. My hibernation included lots of family time, lots of song writing and lots of looking forward to sunshine, warmth and wearing shorts.

April should be fun with the new record Never Say Goodbye coming out ‘officially’ this time under V2 including a studio recorded version of Bonnie Raitt’s ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’, singing along with Bløf at the ‘Nieuwe Luxor Theater’ in Rotterdam for 4 nights, doing two nights at the ‘Sportpaleis’ in Antwerp for the ‘Nekka-Nacht’ and lots of tv and radio to promote the new record. I heard the weather is great in Belgium right now. Can anyone guarantee for that to continue between April 12th and April 27th, please?

The excitement continues as I’m writing songs for a new k’s Choice record. I’m trying not to get ahead of myself with my own new record out in the stores, but it’s hard not to think about what’s ahead.

In the mean time, the Facebook page maxed out at 5,000 friends, so we created a musician’s page too. We uploaded some videos and put some new pictures on there, so go check it out! Feel free to put the page on your own page if you want, just to spread the word.

Well, I hope to see you all soon. We have some fun festivals in the States planned too, so don’t despair, you American fans, you’re not getting rid of me yet!

hm also ich versteh das so, dass Sarah & Gert für K's Choice zusammen auftreten und schonmal die Werbetrommel rühren..
andernfalls wäre das natürlich nicht ungewöhnlich, da gebe ich dir Recht, Christian.

Es findet doch seit 2005 jedes Jahr eine Akustiktour statt. Eigentlich könnte Sarah sich gleich komplett als Akustikkünstlerin feiern und die ganzen anderen "Bandmitglieder" zu Hause lassen

Ich versteh das eher so, dass Sarah und Gert ab dem Sommer anfangen, Demos für das neue Album aufzunehmen, und bevor das Album grob steht (und wir alle wissen, wie lange sich das hinziehen wird...), wird es bestimmt keine Konzerte als K's Choice geben. Und dass Sarah in der Zwischenzeit weiterhin Konzerte solo gibt, kann ich ausnahmsweise mal nachvollziehen

Yep, genau so wie Christian versteh ich das auch.

Was klingt daran gut?
Akkustik Touren sind meiner Meinung nach etwas, das man mal in seiner Karriere machen sollte. Aber das zum dritten Mal jährlich in Folge?! Nee das muß echt nicht sein.
Soll sie sich lieber auf Ihren Allerwesrtesten setzen und das K's Choice Album fertigstellen, damit das wirklich im Frühjahr rauskommt

3 Jahre in Folge? Hab ich da was verpasst?? Also meines Wissens war die letzte Akustik Tour im Sommer 2005...oder nicht?!? (Bremen, Magdeburg und Stuttgart) Oder zählst du die Sachen mit Tom auch mit?
Also ich glaube ja, es geht hier wieder um so'ne Akustik Tour mit Eric & Co., bei der sie nur ihre eigenen Songs spielt - sowas wie 2005 eben. Und wenn sie jetzt schon bald die K's Choice Demos einspielen, dann mach ich mir eigentlich nicht wirklich Sorgen was das Release-Date für das K's Choice Album angeht.

Hab auch das Gefühl, dass Facebook zurzeit das Kommunikationsmittel der Wahl ist. Dort gibts dafür dann auch einiges zu bestaunen, unter anderem ein paar Familienfotos von Sarah samt Freundin und Kindern (wohlgemerkt auf Sarahs und nicht der K's Choice Seite).

Was diesen kostenlosen Download betrifft: Bin nur ich zu doof das Lied von Sarah auf der Seite zu finden oder ist es gar nicht drauf?!

Vielleicht haben sie kurzerhand beschlossen, dass es erst Ende 2010 reingestellt wird
