K's Choice.de

In den nächsten Wochen wird der Server von Cyga.net umziehen. Das ist der Server, über den sowohl der deutsche als auch der com-Chat läuft. Weiterhin wird wohl die gesamte Seite und auch die Channels umstrukturiert, was sich allerdings auf das Chatten mit Programmen wie mIRC an sich (für die normal Sterblichen ) nicht großartig auswirken wird. Der Webchat, den man über den Link Chat auf K's Choice.de erreichen kann wird der übrigen Cyga-Seite angepasst und ferner wird wohl auch das Prinzip etwas abgeändert werden, wie man sich da einloggt. Es bleibt aber - so weit ich weiß - alles kostenlos und soll insgesamt einfacher werden.
Das Schlimmste, das mit dieser Neuerung kommt ist, dass unser allseits geliebter X verschwinden wird. Der wird umbenannt in ChanServ und wird unsichtbar sein...

Die Chat-Admins - also Engholm & Levis - bekommen von mir nochmal 'ne extra Nachricht wie man sich in Zukunft als OP zu erkennen gibt. So wie ich das gestern im #help-Channel verstanden habe geht das in Zukunft gar nicht mehr. Den OPs werden also diese ganzen Funktionen wie 'op', 'kick', 'ban' etc. gestrichen Das wird glaube ich ganz schön langweilig. Und ich weiß nicht, ob diese Funscripts dann noch funktionieren...

oh schreck das ist ja viel grausamer als ich es mir vorgestellt hab!!!

Galith war das nich der OP aus dem .com chat, der letztens spooni um meine Wenigkeit angekackt hat, dass wir doch bitte Englisch chatten sollen und nich so viele Farben benutzen sollen???? Pffff!!!!!!

@el ja genau das war Galith...tststs das war auch klar. Kaum sprechen wir Deutsche mal 2 Sätze auf deutsch im Main forum, werden wir doof angemacht. Aber das ständig dutch und co. gesprochen wird, das stört keinen. Einfach Unglaublich

um mal kurz Galith zu verteidigen, ist sie eine der wneigen OPs die ihre Sache ernst nimmt, sie ermahnt auch Holländer (obohl selbst Niederländerin) und Franzosen. Allgemein soll man halt im .com keine andere Sprache als Englisch sprechen, nur nachts sind keine OPs da, so daß die Moral stark nach unten geht.

oooooooooops, yeah...true, all respondents are anonymous!!! i forgot that one of the dutch respondents spoke English and you speak dutch anyway (argh, actually you doooooo) (and thanks for teaching someone "kop dicht..." great...thanks...really.... )

btw Galith, know what i did today? i talked to a professor from the Universiteit groningen. He does some research here and had a lecture today on "politieke leiderschap voor Pim Fortuyn". (of zo iets)
since this might fits to the final thesis i am going to write (if i get a prof to accept my crazy topic..you have no idea yet...) that might ocme in handy. i met him later and he not only gave me a copy of his speech but also agreed to meet me and help me out with stuff. i must say, Dutch profs are so much cooler than Germans!

what will your thesis be about exactly? it sounds very interesting!!! I m pretty much into politics these days, since the subject i m teaching is like POLITICS...or almost at least
